Whilst looking to sell her family home in late 2014 Tanja surprisingly received really great and really poor service from various real estate agents throughout the process. As a Leadership, Mindset and Peak Performance Coach with a passion for excellence and old fashioned customer service values, Tanja was inspired to find out why some agents fly and others flop when it comes to client relations. After 5 months of research, Tanja saw a myriad of opportunities to address the issue and decided to completely niche her peak performance and coaching business to the real estate industry. Since launching in Feb 2015 Tanja is now proud to be working across leadership, sale and property management with Marshall White, Laing & Simmons, Stockdale & Leggo, Eview, Blac.Salt, Knight Frank and is a regular contributor for Elite Agent Magazine.
